Plumbing Remodeling in Yakima, WA

Joe's crew does the plumbing behind your remodel, from the first rough-in to the last fixture, on small updates and on whole-house overhauls.

Chapter 01

The walls are open, so the pipes are on the table

A remodel is when a Yakima homeowner finds out what has been behind the drywall since the house was built. Old pipes and fixtures corrode and leak, and you usually notice it as low water pressure, a slow drain, or a stain that was there before you started.

That is why a plumbing remodel is more than swapping fixtures. Old pipes and fittings wear out over time, and the day the wall is open is the cheapest day to fix them. We would rather tell you now than hand you a beautiful kitchen sitting on a leak.

From the plan on paper to the last fixture

We start by sitting down with you about the goals, the fixtures you like and the budget. From that we draw up a plan that covers every part of the job, from choosing the faucets and sinks to laying out the new supply and drain runs behind the wall.

Then Joe's crew does the rough-in and sets the fixtures. The materials are the ones that last: modern faucets and sinks, a water heater when the job calls for one, and strong piping that protects the house. One crew handles the plumbing from the first cut to the last fixture, so nothing is left for you to chase.

The same crew works on new construction, alongside builders and contractors, plumbing new homes and additions so the system is in place before the drywall goes up.

Chapter 03

Small jobs are real jobs in Selah, Sunnyside and beyond

A single room is as welcome as a whole renovation. Customers around the valley have called us to move a laundry room and to rescue a bath remodel, and the answer is the same: free local estimates, a price explained before work begins, and the price you get never changes after the fact.

If the project is bigger than the savings account, financing through Housecall Pro and Wisetack spreads it out. Veterans, active and inactive duty and seniors over 60 get a discount, so mention it when you call.

Situations that call for a plumbing remodel

Most of these start as a repair. If the pipes in question are galvanized or failing, see our repiping work, and if a remodel turns up a water heater near the end of its life, our water heater crew can swap it while the walls are open.

Aging pipes

Old pipes and fixtures wear out. Leaks, corrosion and sluggish flow are the signs, and the remodel is the cheapest moment to replace them with modern, reliable parts.

Home expansions

A new bathroom or kitchen asks more of the supply and drain lines you already have. We tie the new space into the existing system so both ends keep up.

Persistent problems

Frequent leaks or low water pressure can mean the fix is bigger than one fitting. A remodel is the chance to upgrade the faulty run properly.

Home value

Updated kitchens and baths with new fixtures, and plumbing that is current behind the walls, are what buyers notice.

Changing lifestyles

A luxury shower, a more accessible bathroom, a laundry room moved to a better wall: the plumbing has to be re-laid to match how you live now.
