Installation, maintenance and repairs on the building's terms
Installation covers new businesses and upgrades to existing ones: water heaters, fixtures and complete piping systems, in quality materials from trusted brands. Rheem, Navien and Rinnai are the water heater lines we install, and the same crew handles the piping around them.
Maintenance is how you avoid the expensive call. We do routine inspections, cleaning and tune-ups, and we will build a maintenance schedule around how your business actually runs. Repairs run from a small leak to a major pipe burst, and a backed-up sewer line gets a camera inspection before anyone opens a trench. If the line is the problem, our sewer line crew picks it up from there.
Chapter 03
Emergency services, and who picks up the phone
Pipes do not burst on office hours, so All Valley offers emergency services for urgent breaks and sewer backups. Call (509) 268-4012, say it is a business with water on the floor, and tell the office the address.
Our regular office hours are Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm. Property managers use us on a recurring basis, and they name the crew who did the work when they leave a review.
