Below the finished floor

The part of the job you never see is the part we fuss over.

One customer found out from Joe that the last plumber's work in her wall wasn't up to code. Another had a sewer section replaced, a bathroom properly vented and a kitchen wall fixed in under seven hours, then found the site completely cleaned. Drains that fall the right way and vents that breathe do not show in a photo. They show years later, when nothing has leaked.

Vac truck & trailer rentals

Know what is under the yard before anyone digs.

A vac truck pairs a high pressure water jet with an industrial vacuum. The water breaks up the soil, the vacuum pulls it into the tank, and the gas line, water main and sewer lateral come up exposed and intact. Contractors, excavation crews, property managers and municipal crews call us for potholing, line locating, utility work, manhole and debris cleanouts.

Who runs it? We do. Our vac truck rentals come with a trained operator, so you don't need a CDL or your own insurance on the equipment.

Water treatment, done tidy

Heater, softener, filters, expansion tank. One wall, every valve where you can reach it.

Yakima Valley water is hard on tanks and fixtures. We size the softener and filtration to your house, set it beside the water heater and leave a wall you can service. One customer put it simply: “Very clean, friendly, polite, professional and fairly priced.”

Jobs, by name

Four jobs, in the customers' own words.

Every one of these is a Google review, in the customer's own words. Jorge, Tyler, Bobby, Mario, Travis and the rest of the crew get named in plenty of others.
